Each of the locations of Texas Hematology/Oncology provide their patients treatment, diagnostic and support services in a collaborative environment that is focused on patient care.

We have designed this site to assist you in making the best possible decisions about cancer diagnosis and treatment. The site shows you the wide range of choices available to you or your loved one, and expresses our philosophy in working with you to overcome this disease. Many of our patients come to us for a second opinion — often discovering that their second opinion should have been their first!

Our goal, as your health care providers and partners in care, is to provide you with the most advanced diagnosis and treatment for your hematology and oncology needs. But we don't stop there. Cancer can be a disruptive and debilitating disease to deal with, physically and emotionally. We recognize and support the psychological impact on you, as well as your loved ones. We want you to be informed and involved in treatment choices, and focus your energy on beating your cancer.

A diagnosis of cancer triggers a cascade of activity, from staging to treatment to follow-up. You'll be involved and informed about therapeutic options (encouraging second opinions, if necessary) and you'll know what to expect from treatment, such as side effects. We'll also work with you to maximize your insurance benefits and plan for the financial impact of your disease.

Because each patient is different, customized medical protocols and strategies are typically needed. Our physicians are recognized and respected for aggressively pursuing every medically-sound approach in search of a successful outcome. We also pursue Clinical Trials when medically appropriate.
